Payment & Charges
Votafogo accepts payment via major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Votafogo has the right to amend prices found on this website at any time. Despite our dedication to maintaining accurate and correct pricing on the website at all times, there may be error(s) from time to time. Should such an error occur, you will be notified via email before your ordered product(s) are delivered to you.

Shipping fees are not included in the product’s price. Shipping fees will be determined based on the size of the product and your total order amount. All sale items are excluded from other promotions and coupon codes, unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed via email. As purchase orders are made at www.votafogo.com, you will receive a confirmation email with the order and billing details once your payment is confirmed. Once payment for your order is credited to us, the product(s) will be delivered to you. Our shipping/delivery terms and conditions apply.

International deliveries of goods from Votafogo may subject you to import duties and/or taxes. Votafogo holds no responsibility for any charges incurred from customs/duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered beyond our control. Information on customs and excise policy can be found at your local customs office.

Placing an Order
Orders made Monday to Friday by 12:00 PM (excluding public holidays) are shipped within the same day. Orders made after 12:00 PM and during public holidays are shipped the next working day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding a Monday that falls on a public holiday). Votafogo follows the public holidays observed in the Malaysian calendar.

Order Confirmation
Goods sold are not refundable. There will be no exchange and/or refund for any promotional, sale, discounted, coupon-used, or limited launch item after the purchase is made. When your purchase is completed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation to the email address you registered with our website. If you do not receive a confirmation after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. You should also be able to see your order under “My Account” when you are logged in. You can check your order status there, and it will be updated regularly as we process and ship your order. Note that the confirmation email is automatically generated; should anything be missing from your order, we will contact you separately.

Unclaimed Package

In Malaysia
You are given 14 days to claim your package at the delivery point. If you do not claim your order within that time, it will be returned to us. Customers whose orders are returned to us unclaimed will be billed RM20.00 for postage and administrative fees.

Outside Malaysia
FedEx / TNT Express will attempt to deliver your order twice. Please keep track of your package via the tracking number under “Order Tracking” or through email. If FedEx / TNT Express indicates they attempted delivery without success, please contact your local FedEx or TNT Express office to help arrange the delivery. For non-received packages, we charge a fee of USD 40.

Lost or Damaged Goods
You understand and agree that Votafogo shall not bear any direct or indirect damages arising from any of the services we provide. All items purchased are at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipping should be taken up by you with the shipping company. We shall not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
