Items purchased on sale promotion, with a coupon used, discounted merchandise, international orders and limited launch items are considered Final Sale Items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any return of goods can only be made within 14 days from the purchase date and will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Returns will only be approved upon inspection and permission. Please provide us with the receipt of your purchase for our reference. Please note that all extra charges incurred in a return (e.g. shipping cost, duties and taxes) are the customer’s own responsibility. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee. All returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags, packaging, and a copy of the receipt. For shoes/sneakers returns, the original shoe box must be included in good condition, or the return will be rejected upon receiving. Votafogo will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorization. Customers are recommended to use a delivery service with a tracking system. Votafogo reserves the right to charge a processing fee for return violations of these Terms and Conditions, including items returned damaged or missing the original tag or packaging.

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges of socks or undergarments.

For international refunds where payment involves a currency conversion, your refund may differ from the original payment amount. This is due to fluctuations in currency conversion rates, which are beyond our control.
