Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with a precise address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to.

If a shipment is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to hold you liable for the shipping and handling fees associated with that shipment. Deliveries are not available for P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure your address is able to receive signed-for/registered items. We highly recommend having your order sent to a work or home address, due to the signed-for nature of deliveries. Shipping will be carried out according to the costs and methods described on our website. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damage to the item should be filed by you against the courier.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders will be shipped via J&T Express courier service.
Available/in-stock goods are usually shipped within a few days after you have placed your order. Please ensure your submitted shipping address is correct — Votafogo is in no way responsible for shipments sent to a wrong address. *Please allow 1–3 working days for ground shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.

International Shipping
International orders will be shipped by either FedEx or TNT Express.
There is a possibility your package may be delayed due to customs clearance; this is beyond our control, and by placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons. Votafogo reserves the right to request additional fees for large shipments or to decline the order. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
*International standard shipping takes 3 to 10 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Custom & Fees
Votafogo ships all orders from Malaysia, which is part of ASEAN, and follows ASEAN’s laws and customs regulations.
For customers within Malaysia’s customs territory, all prices shown on the website are what you pay — no additional fees or customs charges will apply after shipping or delivery.

For customers outside Malaysia’s customs territory, the respective country’s customs and tax charges will apply. Please contact your country’s customs authorities for precise information. You may also contact your local FedEx or TNT Express office to see if they can assist. Votafogo is required to declare the full value of the goods and cannot declare the consignment as a “gift” or under-declare its value. In cases where TNT Express handles the tax and customs fees to offer speedy delivery, TNT Express may add an extra fee for the additional handling.
